It may not be Thanksgiving today in March, but these are a few things I am thankful for.

And today I’ll tell you what surprises I found:

A couch that could compliment my set, given freely if I have help to bring it inside before rain; a set of online friends that is accepting, equally as enduring and open-minded; neighbours who are like family and keep me going through my darkest worries of the night.

And what I could do better tomorrow?

Wake up earlier, eat something healthy, work on the freelance gig without interruption, and treat a potential friend to a coffee and enjoyment at my home that I’ve been so lucky to even have.

I would rate today about 7 out of 10, which means that tomorrow will probably be an 8 followed by a 12, 4, and 10.

I’m pretty self aware of my patterns at this point and the 12s are what I need to control. Those are my most expensive days that cannot simply sustain. If you have tips to turn 12s into 9s, that would be helpful. Maybe knowing is the solution. The average of 12 and 4 is 8, so I need to go 8,8,8,10.
